We are delighted that you have chosen to stay in our home. We want to ensure that your stay is safe

pleasant as possible, so we have compiled some information and guidelines for you.

Check-in and check-out:

• Check in is available from 3:00 PM, and you will receive all the necessary instructions to access the apartment smoothly. You will receive a code for the key safely located in the mailbox before your arrival.

• Please note that check out should be completed by 10:00 AM to allow enough time for cleaning before the next guest.

• When departing, please return the key to the key safe, close it, and rotate the numbers.

• If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact us via Airbnb or Booking.com messages.

WIFI and Technology:

• You will find the WIFI password on the information board in the apartment.

• Inside the apartment, you will also find various technical devices such as a coffee machine, kettle, oven, hairdryer, and dishwasher for your use. Please use them responsibly.

House Rules:

• We kindly request that you treat our apartment as if it were your own. Please keep it clean and tidy.

• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If you wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

• Please respect quiet hours in the apartment and the building, especially after 10:00 PM. Noisy activities should be avoided during this time.

Neighborhood and Surroundings:

• Our apartment is located in a wonderful neighborhood with plenty of attractions, restaurants, and shopping options. We have provided some recommendations in our guestbook.

Safety:

• Your safety is important to us. Please always lock the apartment door when leaving the building or while inside the apartment.

• Familiarize yourself with the location of fire alarms and fire extinguishers in the apartment, in case they are needed.

Departure:

• Please leave the apartment in an orderly condition.

• Don't forget to take your personal belongings with you before checking out.

• Please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM at the latest, as our cleaning staff needs time to prepare for the next guests.
